Overview
What we do
In partnership with the Government of Ethiopia and World Bank, UNOPS is mitigating the consequences of the conflict in Tigray and supporting the development of the entire region. Interventions are focused on restoring access to WASH, health, and education services; responding to gender-based violence; preventing, detecting, and responding to the threat posed by COVID-19 variants. They also contribute to the revival and development of agriculture production, and enabling the access to generate income for urban disadvantaged groups.
